From simple hemming and zip replacement to complex lace and beadwork on bridal gowns, no job is too small or too detailed.

We're based on Portobello High Street and work with brides and customers across Edinburgh and East Lothian. Bridal alterations are a particular speciality — we understand the pressure of getting a wedding dress to fit perfectly, and we take that responsibility seriously. Most brides come to us two to three months before their wedding day, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests too.

Beyond bridal work, we alter everyday clothing, workwear, uniforms and specialist fabrics including leather, suede, denim and knitwear — materials many tailors won't touch. If a garment matters to you, it matters to us.

Our services include trouser and skirt hemming, taking in and letting out seams, waist and sleeve adjustments, zip replacement, lining repairs, and full garment restoration. We also offer embroidery and alterations for businesses needing uniform or workwear adjustments in bulk.

Fitting appointments can be booked online or by calling us on 0131 237 1094. We're open Tuesday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Out-of-hours appointments are available on request.
